BREATHE RETREAT:
RETURN TO YOURSELF
A women’s wellness retreat co-created by Tori Tatum, LPC & Jessie Henry at Elohee | August 27th – August 30th, 2026

A JOURNEY BACK TO YOURSELF
The Breathe Retreat is a sacred space for the woman ready for transformation—who feels the pull to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with her truth, her essence, her power.
Nestled in the serene beauty of Elohee in the North Georgia Mountains, this retreat invites you to exhale what no longer serves you and inhale the life that’s been waiting for you. Through soulful workshops, deep breath work, expressive art, and embodied movement, you’ll uncover the layers of who you truly are—not who the world has told you to be.
RETREAT EXPERIENCE
We gather in sacred connection to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves—immersed in nature, nourishment, and intentional community. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated blend of experiences designed to support grounding, release, and embodiment.
Including:
– Guided nature walks to reconnect with the earth beneath your feet
– Breathwork, yoga, and sound baths to support deep healing and nervous system regulation
– Restorative and gentle movement for grounding and release
– Creative and reflective workshops to explore expression and intention
– Somatic practices to shed old patterns and reconnect with your body’s wisdom
– Sacred ceremonies, including cacao, sound, and full moon gatherings
– Spacious free time for rest, integration, or optional massage or Reiki
– A nurturing sisterhood where your journey is seen, honored, and celebrated
This is more than a retreat. It’s a breath of new life. A homecoming to yourself.
A chance to let go of expectations, step fully into the woman you are becoming, and embody your truth.
Every moment is designed to support presence, connection, and a deeper sense of aliveness.
Are you ready to breathe it all in?

What to Expect
One of the most common questions we hear before retreat isn’t actually about the schedule. It’s:
-
What if I don’t know anyone?
-
What if I’ve never done breathwork?
-
What if I need alone time?
-
What if I cry?
-
What if everyone else has it more together than I do?
The truth is, women come to Breathe for all kinds of reasons. Some arrive exhausted. Some arrive excited. Some are celebrating, grieving, healing, questioning, or simply needing a weekend away.
Our retreat community includes women from every stage of life—from women in their twenties to mothers raising young children, women navigating career changes, empty nesters, and retirees. While our stories may look different, many women are surprised by how quickly they connect with one another.
Breathe is also a welcoming space for women of all backgrounds, cultures, and faith traditions. We believe there is beauty in gathering women with different stories, perspectives, and life experiences.
You do not need to know anyone. You do not need experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
You simply need to come exactly as you are.
Once you register, you’ll receive direct contact information for our retreat team. Whether you have questions about packing, accommodations, travel plans, or simply want to talk through your nerves before arriving, we’re here for you.
