than the typical 50-minutes. Shorter or longer sessions are available at an

Do you accept insurance?

While I do not accept insurance, I do understand your desire to use your benefits. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a superbill if you would like to submit it for possible reimbursement. Before deciding whether to use an in-network or out-of-network provider for your therapy services, I suggest calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health benefits? If so, what are they?

Are there dollar limits, visit limits, or other coverage limits for my mental health benefits?

Do I have mental health benefits for out-of-network providers? If so, what are they?

How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

Does my plan cover telemedicine through online video sessions?

What are your hours and availability?

Clients may choose a time that works best for them and according to my availability, Monday through Thursday. Hours vary from morning to evening, with the latest appointment beginning at 4:30 pm.

What population do you serve?

I provide individual counseling to adults of all ages.

Do you provide online counseling?

I provide in-person and online counseling. Online sessions take place via video through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice. Online counseling is convenient and easy and allows you to attend sessions from anywhere in Georgia.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A twenty-four-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so through the client portal, phone, or email. You will be charged the session's full rate if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel within the 24-hour window.
