A JOURNEY INTO WHAT'S NEXT

What if you didn't enter the new year trying to become someone new?

What if, instead, you gave yourself the space to reconnect with who you already are and listen more closely to who you're becoming?

Breathe Retreat: Embracing Your Higher Self is an intimate New Year's retreat for those ready to slow down, reconnect, and step into the year ahead with greater clarity, intention, and possibility.

Surrounded by the mountains and natural beauty of Elohee, we'll spend four days moving through a thoughtfully guided journey of reflection, release, presence, and becoming.

We'll honor where you've been.

We'll settle deeply into where you are.

And from that grounded place, we'll begin listening for where you're being called next.

RETREAT EXPERIENCE

The turning of a year naturally invites reflection. But this retreat isn't about making another list of resolutions or deciding all the ways you need to change.

Instead, we'll create space to honor what the past has taught you, release what you're ready to leave behind, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can become harder to hear beneath responsibility, expectations, and the busyness of everyday life.

Through reflection and ritual, we'll begin by looking backward with compassion.

Then we'll come fully into the present.

And from that grounded place, we'll turn toward the future, exploring not only what you want your life to look like, but who you want to be while living it.

Including:

• Guided Higher Self meditations and visualization
• Transformational breathwork
• Yoga and mindful movement
• Hiking and time immersed in nature
• Somatic and nervous-system-informed practices
• Reflection, journaling, and intention-setting
• Fire release ceremony
• Meaningful group connection
• Nourishing meals
• Spacious time for rest and integration
• New Year's rituals designed to intentionally carry you into the year ahead
• And a few experiences we'll save as surprises

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more deeply connected to yourself.

What do we mean by "higher self"?

Your Higher Self isn't a perfected future version of you who finally has everything figured out.

It's the part of you that can see beyond the fear, urgency, old stories, and expectations that sometimes cloud your path.

Throughout the retreat, we'll use guided practices to help you connect with that wiser perspective.

What does this version of you know?

What has she stopped carrying?

What does she protect?

What does she prioritize?

How does she move through her relationships, work, body, and life?

And what might change if you began embodying a little more of her now?

Rather than leaving with another list of things to accomplish, our hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of how you want to live.

NEW YEAR'S EVE, REIMAGINED

There are countless ways to celebrate the arrival of a new year.

This one is an invitation to make it meaningful.

Instead of rushing toward January 1st, we'll intentionally cross the threshold together.

We'll honor the year that shaped you.

Release what no longer needs to travel with you.

Celebrate what deserves to be remembered.

And create space for whatever is waiting to emerge next.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want from the year ahead. You simply need to arrive willing to listen.

What to Expect

One of the most common questions we hear before retreat isn't actually about the schedule. It's:

What if I don't know anyone?

What if I've never done breathwork?

What if I need alone time?

What if I cry?

What if everyone else has it more together than I do?

The truth is, people come to retreat for all kinds of reasons. Some arrive exhausted. Some arrive excited. Some are celebrating, grieving, healing, questioning, transitioning, or simply feeling ready for something different.

You do not need to know anyone.

You do not need experience with yoga, meditation, breathwork, or any of the practices we'll explore.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

You simply need to come exactly as you are.
