Holotropic Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork is a transformative practice that combines accelerated breathing, evocative music, and a safe, supportive environment to help you access deep states of awareness. This experience can support emotional release, trauma healing, spiritual insight, and profound self-discovery.

Jessie guides participants through a grounded, trauma-informed process that allows you to explore your inner landscape with clarity and compassion.
