What is Counseling?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

IFS is a deep, transformative therapy that helps individuals understand and heal the different “parts” of themselves—such as the inner critic, protector, or wounded child. Instead of seeing emotions like anxiety or self-doubt as problems to fix, IFS helps you explore these parts with compassion and create internal harmony. Somatic Therapy: Healing Through the Body

Trauma and stress don’t just affect the mind—they are stored in the body’s nervous system. Somatic therapy focuses on body-based healing techniques such as:

Life coaching is a goal-oriented, action-driven approach that helps individuals unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their lives. Unlike counseling, which focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is centered around personal growth, mindset shifts, and achieving future goals.

Life Coaching is for you if you:
